Grandparents Lunch 2011
GRANDPARENTS LUNCHEON at VMA!
Villa Maria Academy would like to invite the grandparents of all Villa students to join us for a luncheon. We embrace families and know the important roles our grandparents play in the lives of our students. To celebrate, we will be hosting a GRANDPARENT LUNCHEON on Wednesday, November 9, 2011 at Villa Maria Academy. This is a great way for students and grandparents to spend some time together, and for students to showcase VMA and all the terrific things that are happening here!
We will need the grandparents’ information in order to send out invitations. Please return the attached form to the VMA Main Office OR email the grandparent names and addresses to nbird@villamaria.com by Friday, September 30th. We will be sending invitations for the luncheon in mid October. Your grandparents will only receive an invitation if this form is returned or if you confirm via email (we will not automatically send out an invitation based on information from last year’s forms). If you sent Grandparents information last year, and it is status quo, feel free to indicate that on the form, or via email, rather than filling it all again.
Feel free to share the date with your grandparents now so they can put it on their calendars!
