Mary Schaaf Mulard
Mrs. Mulard, a 1978 graduate of VMA, graduated from the University of Dayton with a BS in General Home Economics and a minor in Marketing. She received her culinary degree from La Varenne Ecole de Cuisine in Paris, France. She has worked in the food industry her entire career with positions in Sales and Marketing, magazine Recipe Development, Public Relations, and has worked as a Catering Chef.

Rita Heitzenrater

Ms. Heitzenrater’s culinary education began more than 18 years ago under the instruction of Ada Catz. In 1994 she launched her own catering service, A Small Affair. She holds three certificates of merit in the Wilton method of cake decorating.
Ms. Heitzenrater is currently attending Edinboro University.
