Entrance Exam

Villa Maria Academy requires all 8th grade applicants to take the Entrance Exam. Students are encouraged to take the Entrance Exam on the October 31, 2009 date in order to qualify Early Admission, and the $100 Early Deposit Discount. Please call 814-838-2061, ext. 239 to register for the Entrance Exam. There is no fee for the Entrance Exam.

On Saturday, October 31, 2009 students should arrive at 8:00 a.m.. The test will be administered and completed at approximately 11:15 a.m. Students should enter the building through the East doors closest to the West Erie Plaza . Parents and guardians are invited to return at 10:30 a.m. for a Financial Aid Informational Meeting in our Cafeteria hosted by President Fr. Jabo and Director of Admissions, Ms. Mary Mulard. Refreshments will be provided.

The January 30, 2010 Entrance Exam date is primarily utilized as a make-up date for the students that could not attend the Entrance Exam in October. Students that take the January Entrance Exam are not eligible for early admission, the $100 discount, or the Entrance Exam Scholarships.

Alternate Entrance Exam Date: Saturday, January 30, 2010. Students may arrive after 8:00 AM. The test will be administered as we fill classrooms. The test will be completed at approximately 11:30 AM. Students may enter the building through the East doors closest to the West Erie Plaza .
